The Catskill Stompers is a 9-piece band based in Oneonta that has been around since 1974. Consisting of 4 horns (trumpet, alto sax, tenor sax, and trombone), 4 rhythm (piano, guitar, bass, and drums), and a vocalist, the 'Stompers play original arrangements of Big Band classics. You get the sound and the repertoire of a big band without having to pay a full 18-member band!
